Priest Hole Restoration Project Location
Wheeler Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is seeking the services of a qualified civil construction contractor to implement the engineered design of BLM's Priest Hole Campground located in Wheeler County, Oregon. The work needed includes campgound development and an irrigation system. We invite you to submit an informal proposal to us by July 15, 2024 for consideration. A description of the project, the work needed, location photos, maps and other pertinent information is included here. A mandatory bid tour will be held on July 8, 2024.
