Conceptual design is an early phase of the design process, in which the broad outlines of function and form are articulated. During a regularly scheduled board meeting on October 26, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the below concept design. 

Anticipated completion of a final design is the end of November 2023 with plans to present the design at the Annual Meeting on December 6, 2023.
